Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts of companies, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to effectively position and sell SaaS products and solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits to the customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close new deals, ensuring contract terms and pricing meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Fully or Partially completed in Marketing or IT related qualification.
  • Qualified in SLIM or CIM is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in planning marketing activities and coming up with strategies to promote products.
