Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our product. This will involve developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to understand and resolve any customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally within the company to engage with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to comprehend and fulfill their needs
- Conduct customer visits to discover growth opportunities within our platform
- Oversee all reporting on the status of customers’ accounts
Qualifications:
- Prior account management experience
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
