Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team at Check Funnel (Pvt) Ltd. If you have a passion for client management and project coordination in the advertising industry, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are understood and executed effectively.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on project performance, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain and update CRM data (experience with Odoo CRM is a plus).
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in the advertising industry, working directly with clients and managing projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Preference for candidates familiar with Odoo CRM for client and project management.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
