- To facilitate MIS reporting and Analysis
- To facilitate budget / Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Working Capital Management
- Drive Cost control initiative
- Drive process improvement, and strengthen internal controls, efficiency and compliances.
- Active participation in major PSO functions like negotiation, cost control etc.
