Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
• Tax Management: Manage local tax obligations and compliance.
• General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Transaction Recording: Record and track transactions accurately.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Performance Insights: Provide insights into financial performance and trends.
• Data Collaboration: Collaborate with external teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes.
• Payroll Processing: Manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring employees receive their compensation accurately and on schedule.
• EPF/ETF Handling: Oversee the handling of EPF/ETF (Employee Provident Fund/Employee Trust Fund) payments and the efficient loading of payments to Sampath Vishwa on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Certifications: Intermediate qualification in ACCA/CIMA.

Experience:

• 2 years of audit experience (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of working experience in finance & accounting.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
