Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable multitasking and able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping – Maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle petty cash disbursements and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate invoices promptly and accurately.
- Provide monthly cash flow details to the CEO.
- Prepare final accounts and arrange timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Completed Stage 3 AAT or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Quickbooks, and IT literacy.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala & English.
Working Hours: Weekdays 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM @ Head Office (Rajagiriya)
