Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Assistant to join our team at PelicanCube. This full-time, on-site role involves various financial responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Create financial documents like bills, invoices, pay-orders, and more.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts, correct errors, and manage payroll activities.
- Coordinate payment details with external service providers and vendors.
- Verify payments, deposits, and create daily reports for management.
Requirements:
- Part AAT qualification with 1-3 years accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting tools like QuickBooks is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
