Job Description
The Construction Cluster of Wardena Venture Holdings, led by Bitumix (Pvt) Ltd along with Megakem Lanka (Pvt) Ltd & Megakem Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will assist in financial statement preparation, manage invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Maintain accounting records
- Reconcile bank statements
- Support audits and prepare documentation
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform general administrative duties
- Visit banks for transactions
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience as an Accounts Assistant advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driving license required
