Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all IELTS exam standards are met for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Manage identification and authentication processes.
- Monitor invigilators and coordinate with venue providers for smooth operations.
- Input IELTS registration forms into the system and liaise with registration centers.
- Prepare technical equipment and ensure secure materials are ready for test day.
- Store and manage test records and documents securely.
- Oversee the shredding of outdated documents and maintain accurate logs.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting stakeholders, and handling walk-in customers.
