Job Description
Position: Process Associate

Salary: 65-80K (Transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Timing)
We are seeking Process Associates to join our team and provide support for US/Canadian client projects. Candidates must have experience in data entry, analysis, client communication, and quality control. The ideal candidate must possess excellent attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Passed GCE O/L’s with a C or higher grade in English, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of similar work experience
- Ability to work night shifts (US timings)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Self-starter with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement
- Long-term career outlook with a desire for growth in a strong team and company
- Candidates should reside within 15km of Colombo
