Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget adherence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and define project objectives.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to drive collaboration and identify roadblocks.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work directly with clients.
