Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Supervisor located in Colombo. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing production schedules, planning and organizing production activities, and ensuring effective communication within the production team. This role involves ensuring the smooth running of production processes and meeting production targets.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Production Schedules, Production Planning: The candidate should possess strong supervisory skills and have experience in creating production schedules and planning production activities.
- Communication: The candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with the production team and other stakeholders.
- Production Management: The candidate should have experience in production management, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting production targets.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Experience in the IT industry or VMware assessments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
