Our facilities include banquet and conference halls, a meeting room, the Chillax Restaurant, a spa, indoor pool, and a gym.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeper at Global Towers Hotel and Apartments. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing day-to-day cleaning tasks, maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, managing laundry services, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the organization and tidiness of the hotel.
Qualifications
- Experience in laundry services and maintaining cleanliness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle training and supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
