This role as an HR Business Partner entails driving processes within the Division and ensuring seamless HR and Business integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all associates understand performance processes.
- Proactively manage system data and information accurately.
- Facilitate successful learning processes.
- Implement engagement frameworks.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Handle grievance processes.
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related concerns in the business unit.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3-4 years of HR operational experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
