We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service and Key Accounts Executive to join our team at a leading food ingredients imports and distribution company.
Responsibilities:
– Manage key customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
– Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or Supply Chain
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience working at a reputed tea export company would be an added advantage
