Job Description
Dialog Network Services (Private) Limited (DNS), a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, aims to provide top-notch network operations and development services for digital connectivity in Sri Lanka to empower lives and businesses.
The Job
- Attend and resolve BSS, Transmission, and Power breakdowns in the depot area
- Maintain communication with NOC for updates on incidents
- Available 24/7 for urgent maintenance needs
- Implement preventive actions to avoid service disruptions
- Participate in development works and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Participate in site UAT/Commissioning before handover
- Provide progress updates and reports to management
- Identify improvement and cost reduction opportunities
- Maintain accurate site details and resource accountability
The Person
- Qualification: NVQ/IVQ Level 5 in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, NDES/HNDE/NDT or related
- Excellent interpersonal skills
