Job Description
As a Medical Claims Follow-up Specialist at the University of Rochester, you will be responsible for managing and resolving medical claims that have been denied or delayed by insurance companies.
Your main duties will include reviewing denied claims, identifying reasons for denial, and working with insurance companies to appeal and reprocess claims accurately and efficiently.
