Job Description

Client and Prospect Management:

• Identify and research potential clients maintaining accurate client & lead information.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing client data for efficient follow-ups including payments, communication etc.
• Attend client meetings with team members to capture detailed meeting minutes, key take-aways and action items.

New Releases Log Maintenance:

• Keep track of new products & service releases within the company and log all new release information including version details & dates.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive product documentation.

Email Communication:

• Professional, effective email communication with clients collaborating with team members for consistent communication and maintaining templates for standard communication.

Market Research (Under guidance):

• Editing/customizing standard documents such as profiles and proposals and user documents.
• Writing down steps for flows specified out to them (such user documentation).
• Market research with guidance including competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, management, information systems or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Meticulous and organized personality with attention to detail & multitasking.
• Desire to continuously improve and grow with guidance.
• A background in information systems of computer science would be a strong advantage.
• Aspiration to move to a full-time role in business analysis, consulting, presales in a growing company would be an advantage.
