Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, and selection for a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate seamless interview processes for candidates and interviewers
- Analyze talent landscape through market mapping and identify potential candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn, local job boards, and recruitment tools to engage candidates
- Maintain HRIS, records, and databases
- Collaborate with hiring managers for hiring needs across locations
- Build relationships with universities and recruitment agencies for talent acquisition
- Work on tight deadlines and enhance employer branding through various channels
