Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the events management industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful execution of sponsorships and exhibitor packages.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the event management industry preferred.
  • Proven success in B2B sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with CRM software experience.
