Role Description: This full-time on-site role in Colombo requires an Associate Conveyancer to handle property transactions, draft legal documents, conduct searches, liaise with clients, ensure compliance, and provide support to senior conveyancers.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of law and legal principles.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and strong communication skills.
- Ability to address legal issues effectively and maintain keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent experience, Attorney-at-Law status.
- Familiarity with Sri Lankan property laws and availability to work during UK business hours.
