A leading travel agency, Uconnect seeks a dynamic Visa Executive to join their talented team.
Role Description:
- Understand customer visa requirements.
- Provide accurate visa information and support.
- Verify and advise on documents.
- Coordinate with Embassies/Consulates/VFS offices.
- Ensure timely submission and monitoring of visa applications.
- Raise alerts for prompt visa processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of visa procedures.
- 2-3 years of similar field experience.
- Up-to-date with travel restrictions and visa procedures.
- Excellent understanding of Amadeus and Galileo systems.
- Proficiency in English.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of TC areas, Airline & City codes is advantageous.
