Job Description

Designation: Risk and Compliance Manager

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, organize, and execute the Annual Internal Audit Plan with precision.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to management.
  • Review and monitor prior audit findings, ensuring proper resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through thorough analysis.
  • Conduct snap audits to maintain vigilance and accuracy.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in ACCA or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • 5 years’ experience in auditing with a strong grasp of auditing techniques.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the Healthcare Industry or similar regulatory environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Colombo and suburbs as needed.
