Designation: Risk and Compliance Manager
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, organize, and execute the Annual Internal Audit Plan with precision.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to management.
- Review and monitor prior audit findings, ensuring proper resolution.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through thorough analysis.
- Conduct snap audits to maintain vigilance and accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Professional qualification in ACCA or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 5 years’ experience in auditing with a strong grasp of auditing techniques.
- Up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the Healthcare Industry or similar regulatory environments is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Colombo and suburbs as needed.
