Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Hardware and Networking professional located in Colombo. As a Computer Hardware and Networking professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware systems, networks, and peripherals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and network infrastructure
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues
- Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows and Linux
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ and CCNA, are a plus
