Job Description
Position: Technical Lead

Package: USD 2,500 – USD 3,500++
Overview: As a Technical Lead at CAREER141, you will lead technical aspects of projects and teams, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain microservices and front-end applications.
- Architect scalable software systems and drive process improvements.
- Custom programming, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Identify areas for optimization and streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute ideas to internal projects and collaborate within a team.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in RESTful API development, React, Next.js, and similar technologies.
- Experience with open-source integration, design principles, and databases.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTTP, and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Linux, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and agile development.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
