Role Description
We are seeking a Bartender for a full-time on-site role in North Western Province, Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior Bartender experience or similar
- Knowledge of mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Detail-oriented with focus on customer service
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation rules
- High school diploma or equivalent
