Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Catseye Car Detaling Studio located in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the success of customer accounts. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in account management or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
