Role Description
This contract role requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5-10 years of industry experience. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, cost management proposals, tendering, and contract administration. The position is based in Colombo with remote work flexibility.
Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 5 years of consultancy & pre-contract work experience
- 3 years in Contract Management and Administration
- Reports and proposals writing skills
- Cost Control, BOQ, and Cost Management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Member of professional organizations like RICS, CIOB, SCL
