Job Description
Designation: Management Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Improve financial status through analysis, monitoring, trend identification, and recommendations to Management.
- Support cross-functional teams in business process re-engineering and operational performance improvement.
- Aid in strategic financial objective evaluation and budget preparation.
- Establish financial standards, monitor performance, and assess business unit controls.
- Evaluate working capital needs and recommend actions based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Degree/MBA in Business Management.
- Qualification in ICASL/ACCA/CIMA.
- Strong analytical and organizing skills with IT proficiency.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, disciplined with leadership qualities.
