Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will support senior quantity surveyors in project cost management, procurement activities, and contract administration. Your responsibilities will include conducting quantity take-offs, preparing estimates, assisting in tender processes, and ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of construction industry practices. Join us in contributing to successful project delivery through effective quantity surveying.
Responsibilities:
- Measuring and estimating construction costs and cost planning
- Producing project budgets for feasibility studies
- Contract administration and reporting
- Assessing project risk and cost reporting for financial institutions
- Life cycle costing and replacement reporting
Qualifications:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Financial mathematical ability
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team, attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering/Construction with MEP knowledge
- Demonstrate effective Project Management Skills
- Willingness to travel for work
