Job Description
We are a Recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, representing a leading Luxury bedding company in the area. They are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Executive for their flagship showroom in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address queries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in a showroom.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
