Job Description
The Job:
- Perform daily general ledger functions, including recording and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
- Maintain and reconcile various general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate for month-end closing procedures and budgeting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
