- Develop and execute consolidation products in line with revenue and volume targets.
- Identify potential consolidation agents/networks, negotiate contracts, and build strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with carriers, feeders, and private CFS for procurement activities.
- Implement effective SOPs for planning and executing consolidation services.
- Establish competitive rates and promote services across our network.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 4+ years experience in MCC/Consolidation services.
- Industry connectivity, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in networking and relationship building.
