Job Description
Mainframe (Pvt) Limited, a subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings Pvt Limited, is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Colombo 03. We specialize in global software product development services for businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will be involved in software support operations, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Requirements include a diploma in Computer Science, 2+ years’ experience, MSSQL expertise, and strong communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service and software support.
- Operate the software support helpdesk.
- Implement software solutions at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot client-side issues and provide initial support.
- Perform software maintenance at client locations.
- Conduct user trainings and product demonstrations.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Experience in MSSQL database management.
- Knowledge of Crystal / SSRS report development.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a rotating basis and travel to customer sites.
