Job Description
The Local Sri Lankan Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Manager role requires a dedicated individual to promote gender equality and social inclusion initiatives in the community.
Responsibilities include developing strategies to address gender disparities, advocating for vulnerable groups, and collaborating with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications are a degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in gender equality projects.
