Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department at Finagle Factory, Ja-ela. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. The ideal candidate will champion a positive work culture and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting cultural transformation.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of factory HR experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in HR principles and practices
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and policy development
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
