Job Description
Are you ready to take on the role of Assistant General Manager at Aitken Spence Elevators, overseeing high-rise maintenance operations in Sri Lanka? Join our team to lead efficient maintenance activities, resolve customer complaints, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Your expertise in elevator systems, strategic planning, and leadership will be instrumental in optimizing maintenance schedules and enhancing elevator performance in skyscrapers. Collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate field operations with OTIS India, and develop emergency response plans to keep elevators running smoothly.
- Lead high-rise maintenance operations in Sri Lanka, ensuring efficiency and meeting targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with OTIS India for seamless field operations alignment.
- Provide strong leadership to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Develop emergency response plans for elevator malfunctions in high-rise buildings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and safety standards.
