Job Description
Position: Receptionist
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the service sector, preferably in the hotel industry or similar organization
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hotel sector or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
