Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assisting development teams to achieve customer requirements by computation of costings and working with internal teams to validate the development process.
- Working with procurement to source required RM for the sample development process.
- Providing the validated details with internal stakeholders to efficiently complete the development process and ensure OTD and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding customer needs and preferences and a commitment to delivering products and marketing campaigns that meet or exceed customer expectations.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- GCE A/Ls (Preferably in Math’s or commerce stream).
- A Bachelor’s degree, undergraduate in business administration, finance, or reading for a related professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and IT Skills are essential requirements for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate new ideas for product features, designs, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams, presenting ideas, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including product development, sales, and design.
