Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility in Piliyandala. Responsibilities include production planning, quality control, and overall operations management. Experience in tinning process, adherence to ISO 2200 standards, and proficiency in ERP systems are essential.
Qualifications:
- Production Planning, Production Management
- Quality Control, Operations Management
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Experience in the food industry, tinning process knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Familiarity with ISO 2200, HAACP, GMP standards
