Job Description
Job Duties
- Manage and monitor network circuits/links, network/communication equipment, and on-prem servers and storage devices to meet established SLA
- Capacity planning and forecasting for network and communication infrastructure
- Plan and execute projects for infrastructure improvement
- Monitor IT inventory changes and asset tracking
- Ensure Data Backup and Recovery procedures implementation
- Manage service providers and maintain relationships with teams
- Establish processes for knowledge transfer and training
- Assist with IT equipment sourcing and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with 3 years in a similar role
- Proven leadership, communication, and management skills
- Analytical and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- Project management experience
