Job Description
Company Overview:
A well-established UK financial intermediary firm is offshoring its Mortgage Compliance duties to Sri Lanka.
The Mortgage Compliance team provides a vital function to our network of Advisors, assisting them with Mortgage post-advisory services. Responsibilities include case file reviews, assessing advice suitability, daily liaison with Advisers, and file sign-off.
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics or relevant field
- Strong communication skills
- Highly analytical with attention to detail
- Exposure to file checking, audit, and compliance preferred
- Banking experience advantageous
Important:
Selected candidates must work UK shifts.
Office-based role at Bernard’s Business Park, Kohuwala.
Training and mentoring provided. Salary negotiable in GBP.
