Job Description
- Service existing accounts and projects and maintain a good customer relationship
- Experience in project costing, budgeting, and pricing strategies
- Be conversant with telecommunication and ICT products and services
- Follow up with customers and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Prepare quotations and exposure to tender processes
- Review sales contracts, sales administration, and vendor management
