Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Lakmiro Jobs in Colombo. Responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, developing standards, and conducting inspections. Manage and train QA staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate and Master in Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of GMP experience with document control and auditing.
- Strong technical skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
- Minimum 10 years of QA experience in manufacturing, preferably in Medical Devices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
