Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Information Technology Operations Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, managing technical support, ensuring optimal IT infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Work will be split between Kandy and remote.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and IT Service Management skills
- IT Operations and IT Management skills
- Strong knowledge in IT, cloud computing, networking, and security
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or related are a plus
