Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior 1-2 years experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages is beneficial
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software is a plus
