Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Human Resources. As Senior Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resource development, including HR management, recruitment, career management, employee engagement, employee relations, and more. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our HR function, ensuring the growth and development of our employees.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Human Resource management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
