Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
