Role Description
This full-time on-site role based in Nittambuwa involves assisting with day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and supporting recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
