Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for JFS Holdings Limited, a leading banking company in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Customer Support, Satisfaction, and Service skills
- Excellent communication and Sales skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
